No Returns or Exchanges
We Do Not accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds on the following products:
We will accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds on all other products.
Eligible Returns or Exchanges
We only accept returns to any Benjamin Moore Vancouver retail store.
Here is what you need to return an online purchase to a store:
Returns made within 30 days will receive a refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Returns made between 31 to 60 days will receive a STORE CREDIT. If the amount of the return is less than $5.00, cash will be refunded.
Returns over 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: In addition to the above, we will charge a restocking fee of 25% on any returns on paint products over 4 gallons. Shipping charges are not included in the return amount.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept online exchanges at this time.
You can exchange a product purchased online simply by bringing it to any Benjamin Moore Vancouver store within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition and packaging, with your receipt.
Defective Products
We are happy to exchange or replace items if they are defective. Please visit us in-store with the product or a product sample to demonstrate where the product defect has occurred.
