THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Customer Sales Associate to join the best team in the city!
Providing customers, with a positive experience and lasting impression during their visit is the core of this role. If you’re a people person, have amazing attention to detail and can effortlessly juggle multiple competing priorities while keeping a smile on your face – then this is a perfect fit for you.
What you'll do
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner; be knowledgeable to answer questions regarding merchandise items, prices and brands and provide information on promotions.
- Processing of shipments, inventory pricing and organization; ensuring all merchandise is received, processed and merchandise presentation standards are maintained.
- Demonstrating a high degree of customer service while processing all refunds, exchanges and purchases in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain store appearance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and Education
- Customer service experience is required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with a similar level role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High energy with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Self-starter and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
COMPENSATION RANGE
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
